Well, I'm back. It's been a roller coaster type week and I haven't gotten much done. We did meet with our ES from our Charter School and had a discussion about the current events rocking the homeschool world. On a lighter happier note, my friend is preparing for the Grand Opening of her new store. A scrapbook store, a safe haven for those of us who love paper crafting and creating. A place for us mommas who need a break to go hang out with a few friends and enjoy each others company. I spent a couple hours there last night helping to check in inventory and I can't wait for everyone to see all wonderful things she has ready for us to create with. You can check out Sonja's blog which is in my links section. There may even be pictures. oooh! My Dh gave me the go ahead to order some fun crafting templates yesterday. I am so excited! My creations will eventually be hanging for sale on a special wall in Sonja's store. I will keep you posted on how things are going so keep checking back.
Happy Crafting!

A much needed break
We've been home, doing "school" the past two days. Alot of school. We need a break, a real break, one that will make our hearts dance and all our cares float away. This is not a need for a "Calgon take me away" moment, this is serious, real serious. Only one thing can do the trick today. DISNEYLAND!!!!!!! Yes we are off to the happiest place on Earth, the place dear hubby and I call our prozac. Earlier this week DH bought us a new camera. One I had been eyeing for almost a year. It's wonderful, super, incredible, so fun to use and it takes great pictures.

Can you guess? I'm taking the camera. You never know what magic may happen.

New Day!
Well everyone, here I am. A brand new blogger! Thoughts rushing around my head, what do I say, does it look right, that little twang in the stomach about making sure it's just right. I have no expectations except to post as often as I can about the many projects I am working on. So for today, I will help my little guy do his school work, and take time to play. Perhaps I will work on the design for my new note cards. I will post pictures when I do.
